Our German Shepard loves these treats! Sure, they may not smell the greatest coming out of the bag....but that doesn't stop our dog from having them. He actually will bark at the bag till he gets a second snack! One just isn't enough!

We discovered these about four years ago amid the rising consciousness regarding harmful imported pet products, and we no longer buy anything not made in the USA or Canada. Choppers are a super-premium quality product which is very much enjoyed by our dogs. They are clean, crisp, nutritous, and aparently VERY tasty, and can be broken into any size you prefer to give, including crumb and/or bite-size for training.* Until recently,we've bought these locally at Tractor Supply, but were told they had been discontinued. Searching for them online, I read a customer's comment which stated that the manufacturer had re-sized the package due to rising costs, and that the larger, 1 lb. bag is no longer available. It was great to find "our" Choppers here at Pet Guys -- in any size package -- and we will continue to order them here, whether TS decides to resume offering them or not. You provided fast, reliable delivery and great prices! *Drs. Foster and Smith offer the same treat in bite-size only, as "Lung Bites", in a 1 lb. bag. We get those, too, and they are equally good, but the larger pieces are preferable more often, for a longer lasting, chewable "Treat Experience".

Redbarn Choppers is an excellent treat for medium to large size dogs. I have a Scottish Deerhound/Lab mix dog who is very picking in what he eats. He is sensitive to most dog treats. He has had no problems with Choppers for the last 2 years. Every night at 8pm he demands his Redbarn Choppers. Unfortunately, pets stores, grocery stores, and Wal-Mart do not sale the product in my area. I will continue to purchase them online as long as I can.

All three of our Pit Bulls LOVE these treats, even our picky eater who turns away from many yummy treats. I love that Choppers are made in the USA. With China exporting dog foods and treats that are murdering our animals, I've read labels VERY carefully for many years. The USDA has FAILED American animals and owners by continuing to allow the import of poisonous pet foods and treats. Read labels carefully everyone!!

I only buy these when our favorite product is not available. These taste good but I notice way too many tough parts and a lot of fat in product.

I've been feeding my dogs Choppers for over a year now. My dogs love it and never grow tired of it. It is easy for them to chew and highly digestible. It is also easy to break to make them into smaller pieces. It's a bedtime snack for my dogs.

Have used this product for two years. Use for both treats and mix in with food. Dogs love it and ery little fat. Have been buying from Tractor Supply. Too expensive. Petgys price seems fair and reasonable. Delivery was quick through UPS.

Although my little dog likes these my big dog is waiting at the door for me to get home from work drooling until I can get to the bag and send him out with one. I just wish they still made it in the 13 oz size instead of the new 9 oz.

I always carry treats in my pocket. I like to be able to reward my dog and cats when appropriate, and you can't do that without treats handy, which for me means a pocket. Requirements for said treats include holding together, and not leaving greasy stains on my clothes, as well as being healthy and reasonably priced. These treats fit that bill beautifully. I used to buy the dehydrated lamb lungs, and prefer the dehydrated to the oven cooked, which these Beef treats are, but the price is much better with these (you can buy 3- 9 oz beef treats for less than 2- 12 oz of the lamg lungs, for less money). Also, these Beef treats are thicker, and not as easy to break up (I use little pieces as rewards, as opposed to giving a larger piece as a general treat). I've found I can cut them up easily with a knife on a board, fill my pocket maybe twice a day. The Lamb ones I could just break up.

Please remember that they are 9 oz. not 13 like tractor supplys are.

All my dogs love these. They make fantastic treats for training, even our dog who wasn't food motivated. They are very easy to break into whatever size treat you need. Easy to store in a fresh seal bag. I order 6 bags at a time to save money since my local pet store charges around $3 more per bag.

My old dog has teeth that are worn down to gum level so he can not chew raw hide or bones. He loves these! The offer enough resistance to satisfy him and he is wild about how they smell. He loves these so I do, too!

We were buying lamb lungs - they are a favorite for my two dogs, but they're pricey. The beef lungs are much less costly, and stay intact better. Sometime we like to give them a "jackpot" so we can split one in half and they'll each work on their portion for a little while. We still buy the lamb lungs for a very special treat and a change of taste for them. I would highly recommend these!

Six paws up here! Very tasty treat according to two collies and a sheltie. Very crunchy. Package contains both large and small pieces. Best to break into small pieces for smaller dogs. Probably a better treat for larger dogs.

My dog loves these crunchy pieces of beef lung. So far I've had no problems with his health because of these but then he doesn't get them every day. I always worry about feeding treats to my dog after the fiasco with chicken jerky and so far these seem to be okay.
