I bought these because you were out of the Chicken 'n Rice Balls that my dog loves. After she ate the first one, she started hacking and coughing - this went on for all afternoon and evening until she went to bed at night. I do believe that she had some of that rawhide stick stuck in her throat and she could not cough it up. She finally did about 10PM. I was going to the vet the next AM if it was not gone.

My dog loves these. Unfortunately no local stores carry them, so I found them online. The only complaint about them I have is that they don't last very long. Lacey eats them up in less than a minute, but she does love them! I am glad they come in the 2 pound size!

Great treats. Dogs love them and they seem to be more digestible (i.e. less smelly after eating) than some of the cheaper chicken treats can be.

At first I was a little hesitant to buy this, since my dogs are pretty particular and it isn't cheap. But they do really enjoy them and it seems that they never tire of them. You know how sometimes you can get treats for your dog and after a while they start to get bored? My guys like them as much now as the first one that they had. They love the crunchy ends and while most of the time they will also eat the rawhide stick that makes up the middle of the dumbbell, sometimes they will leave it and only eat the ends. Then a few hours later eat the rawhide piece. While purchasing this size may seem a bit expensive, when you divide it up between how many dumbbells you get, the price is actually much better than most treats. Sometimes you find that the ends come off of the rawhide stick in the container but I just stick them back on or give it as a a special treat.

Outstanding dog treat and dogs will come running every time. You cannot beat this price anywhere. Especially good for small dogs.
