I dog-sit for two dogs. This product was ordered by mistake because I really meant to order the Chicken Nibbles. Glad I made the mistake because the dogs love the Chik 'n Skewers and the owner of one of my dogs just purchased two containers of the Chik 'n Skewers. I also ordered the Chicken Nibbles that I originally wanted, which the dogs also love.

The tendon portion of these chews is so tough even my two labs have a very difficult time chewing through them. I won't give them anymore of these as I am afraid they will cause an intestinal blockage.

I used to buy store varieties but these are much better and our dog just loves them. She will stand by the counter where we keep them and wait for us to give her one.

Our large & medium size dogs love these treats. They have a lot of the chicken... much more than the small pkgs... perfect for larger dogs, too much for small dogs.

The only thing that would make these better for our family is if they made mini-skewers bc I have to use my garden loppers to cut them into smaller bites for our 3 dogs, one large and two small. Delilah, our greyhound, would eat these whole one after another and leave the rawhide stems. But, by cutting them into small skewer bites, she appreciates the rawhide stem now and we don't go through them quite so fast. I have to order these by the dozen (2 lb jars) or 24 lbs at a time!

Super product a most for dogs two treats in one

Delilah turns up her long greyhound nose at bully sticks and nearly every doggy yummy ever made (I've wasted hundreds of dollars giving away k9 delectable she won't touch, much less eat) and these are top of her very short list of acceptable treats. I used to give her whole skewers till I figured out how to cut them in quarters with my garden loppers! Now they stretch much further. And, as another consumer noted, this site is the best price I could find after considerable research in local pet stores and online.

The new absolute fave among the dogs - and they adore bullies! A chicken popsicle with a nice big piece of dried chicken on a rawhide stick. Not as long-lasting as bull pizzle, but not an instant-eat, either.

I searched the internet for the cheapest price for Pet 'n Shape Chik 'n Skewers 2 lbs and it turned out to be PetGuys at $19.39 plus free shipping if you spend $75 so I bought four of them. When it arrived, I took them out of the box and waited until I finished the last of my previous Chik n Shewers. My dog Sully, a border collie mix, has been chewing them for five years, since he was a puppy, about 2-3 a day. When I finally opened the first one, I noticed the protective seal had a big rip in it. The skewers were a lot dryer than they usually are when I bought them from a more reputable dealer like Amazon, Dog.com or PetMountain. I checked the other 3 tubs and the aluminum seal was pierced or ripped on the other three also. I had thrown the box out so it would have been a hassle to return them. Now I know why they were the cheapest price on the internet. If PetGuys are selling defective items, they should tell you that it's irregular in the description.

My brother is disabled and doesn't drive. I had to go to the next town to a specialty store to get these treats for his dog, Annie. He is on a fixed income and they were expensive. I found them online at Petguys.com at a much better price and ordered them. Since this was Annie's favorite snack, I wanted my brother to be able continue getting them for her. They arrived when promised and were exactly what I ordered. They are a very good product and I am happy I can now just order them delivered to his home at a price he can afford. We do like the Pet 'n Shape brand.
