great little toy, however, if your pup is a chewer, I would suggest the regular kong toys with no fur .... my 8.5 silky terrier destroyed these! Still a great toy she enjoyed them!

My 9 year old dachshund has loved the Kong Squeek Balls for years. The Kong balls I've purchased (medium & small) are softer and last much longer than regular tennis balls, as my dog can "pop" a regular hard tennis ball in half in a matter of minutes.

Dog has removed and eaten the squeak mechanism in all three...otherwise, they are great!!!! for a few minutes...

Our dog loves these but they are very small - once she begins to grow more they will be tossed because they could become a danger later. She loves to fetch these for now and they even squeak.

My dog (25-lb terrier mix) LOVES these...he'll play with a full size tennis ball, but loves these smaller ones that fit so easily in his mouth. They're pretty durable so they last a long time before he finally tears enough of the yellow fuzz off them that I get tired of looking at them and buy new ones! Great toy.

When the PetGuys box arrives I can barely place it on the ground before my little Skamp tears into the box to have his Kong Squeaker Balls! He LOVES them! However, he can take the squeaker out in just moments of use...this concerns me a bit. The nice thing is that when he does this he brings the squeaker right to me! But not all dogs may do this so it's definitely something to think about. Maybe supervised usage is a good idea since this happens with all sizes of these balls :)

My little Skamp would play fetch 24 hours a day if he could! And he LOVES "squeaking". The squeaking is tolerable but he pops a hole in these so fast that the squeak doesn't make it more than a half hour. That is fine with me but he loves the squeak! Once the squeak is gone he likes squishing the ball in his mouth BUT the little squeaker comes out quite easily so I always keep the balls out of reach when I'm not home with him to play. When we are playing and the squeaker pops out, being the good boy he is, he always brings the squeaker to me so I can throw it away and then we continue play! I'd rate this a 5 because of the joy it brings him, but they fall apart quickly so I give it a 3.
