I received the wrong item and sent them an email to let them know. I figured it would take a couple of days to hear back from someone………and truthfully I didn’t think I’d hear back from anyone. But, within hours I received a phone call from Ryan at Petguys and he apologized and had already shipped the corrected items. Great customer service experience and thank you so much! ?
